By using the Posies Bar website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Services

Posies Bar provides licensed mobile bartending services in Colorado. Per Colorado dry-hire law, all alcohol must be purchased and supplied by the client. We provide bartenders, mixers, ice, garnishes, and bar tools as outlined in your booking package.

Booking & retainer

• A 30% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
• Final guest count and any package adjustments are due 14 days prior.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event forfeit the retainer only. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are responsible for the full balance. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability.

Service standards

Our staff serves responsibly in accordance with Colorado liquor regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or who poses a risk to themselves or others.

Liability

Posies Bar carries general liability and liquor liability insurance. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits alcohol service and for any venue-required documentation.
